Tried two liveboxes, same, get about 150KBPS if I'm lucky, plugged direct into master socket, cabled connection to different laptops, basically all the stuff Orange get you running around checking.....they admitted there maybe a line fault and said an engineer would call, no he didn't......escalated and currently booked another call.....but not hopeful....
I have been in touch with Orange by letter recently concerning my slow download speeds. They say I should be getting 5.5mbps but having carried out speed tests (on site they suggested) I am only getting max of 2.1 and with as little now as 0.4mbps !
Your attenuation is rather high and your obtainable download rate according to the stats is only 2.6mbps, though you will generally connect lower than this, so 2.1 would about right. Actual download speed can also be affected by the amount of traffic on the network, so you can get lower.
Your Noise margin is normal and you are connecting to the correct adsl2+ standard.
Distance from the exchange largely affects attenuation as well as quality of wiring.
It is also a good idea where possible to have the router connected to your master BT socket.
Orange tell me my line is provisioned for a speed of 5.5 so only getting 2.1 or lower (0.4 now) is worrying. The Livebox is connected into the BT master socket.
My noise attenuation is 46 and I get 4 MB on my line download & 1 MB upload.
You're lucky to get a connection at all with Orange generally speaking and moving to a real ISP cures the problem every time.

Thanks Andy.
If only I could get out of my contract with them before Oct I would move. Been with them since Freeserve days and get treated like s**t.
Probably go to o2 (now Sky) at some point. They have had good write ups
If you're new to ADSL2+ then your PC may need the MTU changed to 1500. ADSL2+ works best at this setting.
Check the menu to the left and click on MTU and RWIN Tweaks for an explanation and remember you may need to change RWIN because MTU and RWIN are related.
If you have got it in writing that Orange are provisioning you with 5.5mbs line and you router stats are telling you otherwise. Contact their customer support with this information, if no joy from them ask them to escalate it. They should be able to at least run a line check to see if there are any faults on the line to rule this out.
Well I have been with o2 (now Sky) for over a year now and can recommend them 100%
Fast, stable connection, low ping, free English speaking customer support from people who actually care.
As for Orange well providing you with 150 KB connection is just pathetic.
They have broken the contract so demanding your MAC code is well within your rights.
They have to provide you within 5 working days by law too.
