Been a customer with them for 11 years and they managed to lose my email account last summer, they dunno where it went and they dunno how to fix it!
Since then, its basically a case study for the worst customer service in the world ever: they don't have a clue, and they admit it themselves! How sad is that? Their management must be really really useless...
So impossible to reset my email address, and when I try to register a new one, I get an error message! What's the problem with them, their customer service are helpless, whats my last resort before I throw the phone down the toilets???

Like pluggy suggested, open a Googlemail account HERE .
Once your signed up and in Gmail go to settings and enable POP and check the instructions of how to put the settings into whatever email client you use this info is all there, Gmail uses different ports so bypassing Orange servers altogether, its a pain changing your address and giving the new one out but it will be worth it.
No more Orange and no more wasting your money on their useless support lines.
