Does anyone have the same problem when ever i connect now to the internet- i download normally around 3mb but today and last night im barely getting 64kb Can anyone help or is it another long talk to Orange in india ?

It will be a long talk to India. Not conversation as that requires both parties to understand each other and that doesn't happen with them.

I strongly suggest moving to a real ISP.
Over 3 years ago I moved away from Orange and have never had problems since.
