Is it possible to leave Orange if you are still under contract?
I am currently 6 month into an 18 month contract and the thought of putting up with this situation for a further 12 months fills me with dread.
It seems unfair that you should honour the contract or "Buy Out" when you are not receiving the service you should be.
I have not yet logged any complaints with Orange as reading the forums the Tech Support isn't worthy of a phone call in my opinion.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
I don't think you can, otherwise I would. But if you leave you must pay for the expenses of the router and any other items you got when you signed up. I signed up for the laptop deal, but if i leave I will have to pay over £400 to cover the cost of the laptop (that broke) and the livebox which is a staggering £100! (for a piece of crap like that)

I understood the livebox to be a hire agreement. You return it and don't 'buy' it. The livebox is locked to the Orange network, so is not possible to use on another network in is current state.
If cancelling Orange usually make you buy out the remainder of your contract.
Unless you complain and certain conditions are met, it is difficult to avoid this.
Hi there, I work for Orange and might be able to help.
Please send an email to customer.services@orange.co.uk, including your contact details and I will give you a call to discuss.
In order that your email is forwarded to me quickly, please add "Jonathan Orange Response" in the subject field and also in the first line of your mail.
