In the first place, why have the BAD QUALITY? If you ensure that you are good, then then question of good v/s bad quality does not arise. I'm sure this is not rocket science!!!!!

yeah...but you aren't contractually bound to doing all your shopping in that crappy shop for a year before you can go elsewhere... regardless if that shop :
a) is open
b) has anything you want
c) gives a damn about a) & b)
d) charges you in any case
