Hi, I have a Broadband Unlimited package (used to have an Ornage mobile with this but not any longer).

I hate the Livebox and want to change to the Home Starter (cheaper for me). Can I do this without getting a MAC code (my account only lets me change to a Livebox package).

You can change your package up to 3 times in any 12 calendar months. You can either do it online, via the Orange home page, by logging into the Member Centre http://orange.co.uk/membercent...bandaccrhs

or by calling customer support and asking them to regrade your package.
