I have moved into an apartment in France where internet is provided via a Livebox. One laptop is successfully using the internet connection with no problems.
The other laptop however is having lots of difficulties. It can see the wireless network but when trying to connect gets the message - usually that an "unknown error has occured" but occasionally responds that the Livebox does not respond to the laptop. I don't get to a point where I am offered to enter a password I simply get no response from the Livebox.
