just want to know has anybody out there had any success in getting their IP Profile reset recently
been stuck at 500kbps (contracted to 8mb) since the end of august
Orange tech & CS are useless to be honest
they state they have my profile down at about 7128, and have me constantly on the speedtester site forwarding my results
My IP profile have been downgraded to 500kbps. I am not sure why. I should be on an 8 meg package. The speed is terrible. Orange tech support is useless. All they want to do is line tests which take 48 hours!!
I was informed off the record by a Orange rep to actually write a letter to the customer complaints dept about my issues, where they designate a member of staff to solve your problem, and they have a set time limit to achieve this, and low and behold got a reply within a week and another 10 days letter my problem has been resolved
