Probably should keep quiet about this not sure what to do...
Had mobile+internet (max) package. Stopped mobile 6months ago and have been paying £5 per month since.
Do I own up or wait until Orange find out? I've had no problems with the broadband service (don't use Livebox). Thanks for any advice.
It sounds like they gave you a similar deal to what they gave me, except they discounted the broadband (They knocked a tenner a month off the phone for me). Home Max is £15 with a phone contract normally. The fiver include your line rental ?
Its entirely your call. But it may get messy if your contract ends or you default on a payment and they catch on.
From Orange web site terms and conditions.....depends when you took out your contract but for example :

9. If your mobile account is terminated for any reason you will be charged the standard user rate per month for either Home Starter, Home Discovery, Home Select or Home Max (see our website for details).
Sooner or later they will identify the problem because they periodically do what they call a System Sweep which identifies any account/connection discrepancies.
My 18month mobile contract ended 12 months ago (that's when I ended the contract). Was getting Max with this (hence the £5 charge). And still being charged £5...
