Can anyone tell me how i can check my monthly dongle useage?
Just joined Orange from 3 (who's customer service is rubbish but at least you can click on your dongle icon and see instantly how much usage you have left).
Why can't Orange make it simple to see your useage? Call me cynical but i feel this is to aid customer over use to charge extra. (Prove me wrong Orange!)
...so, any ideas where i can get instant useage information would be appreciated. I dont have an Orange mobile or home/fixed service just the dongle broadband.
Bandwidth usage can be viewed through a number of third party tools available on the internet (I dont know of any by name sorry!), its unfortunately a feature that Orange didn't incorporate in to their software.
however, i don't agree that customers would have to pay more.
As i stated in my original post 3 offer this for FREE at the same tariff rate as Orange. So, pretty poor excuse for Orange not to offer a basic expected function.
Think about it, Aston Martin £160k DBS comes with a fuel guage, and so does a 2nd hand Ford Mondeo for £250.
