Hello everyone.
Ive been with freeserve/wanadoo for my ISP for about 7years and Orange mobile for 5years, so naturaly I decided to take advantage of the free broadband because my mobile bill is over £50 a month.
I tried to get the livebox to work,it connected ok but I couldnt open any webpages, msn, internet phone, outlook express. Spent hours trying to get through to Orange support, when I finaly did get to speak to someone he didnt have a clue and said it was a fault with internet explorer and I should contact microsoft, I told him it was working fine before but I think he just wanted rid of me.
In the end I decided just to stick with my original usb speedtouch modem I got with wanadoo, reinstaled it and everything is fine again,,,,,apart from,,,I now cant get through to anyone to ask where the hell I send the thing back to,,can anyone help??????
You have to phone them up (in my case 3 times) and ask them for a pouch (again 3 times).
You will get a small envelope through the post (eventually) that has a pre-paid plastic bag inside.
Pop the whole thing in the bag and take it to the post office.
They will tell you that the recorded delivery sticer on it is no good and will get you to fill out another.
Don't expect a quick reply from NetLynk though.

i have a livebox and it installed no problems. Connected it all up and made sure it was connected to the main pc by ethernet and than ran the install disc. I know it might be an obvious thing to say but make sure it is wired up and correctly when installing onto the first pc.
