For about 5 days now I have not been receiving any Yahoo group mail I can send and receive personal ok. Orange blame Yahoo who blame Orange. Orange latest is that I need to get in touch with Yahoo to get the INCOMING code pop.orangehome.co.uk changed. Anyone help, please? Craigowl
Thomas. No yahoo group mail in spam. The bouncing problem happened in the past and when unbounced, the mail came in to my outlook express inbox again. Not this time. Yahoo Group say my account with them is ok. Problem seems to be that incoming mail is not coming into Orange webmail or my outlook express inbox. Any other suggestions?I have even tried changing pop.orangehome.co.uk (incoming address in my account) to wanadoo, freeserve etc. Still no yahoo mail.
On webmail, check yahoo is not in your blocked senders list as these can be set to deleted immediately and not sent to your spam. Add yahoo to your approved list.
Try sending it to a different Orange address (changing the bit before the @) and see if it gets thru. Its best to check via web mail as the settings on your pc will not affect delivery to here.
Try having the mail sent to another non Orange e-mail address to see if it gets through.

If you open a free Googlemail account you can set your Yahoo group to your new Google address, activate pop in google settings and add the account in Outlook Express it uses ports 995 for pop and for smtp you can use ports 465 or 587 either will do, you should have no problems that way.
