I'm a desperate man, my girlfriend has a freeserve account (her only personal account) and has not been able to log in all weekend and failed. Crying or Very sad

Every attempt is met with a "We apologise but this account is currently unavailable." reply. Twisted Evil

I have tried accessing the account through a google acocunt and just get "There was a problem connecting to mail.nwalters.fsworld.co.uk"

I have searched for any maintenance and who to contact but the all lead to a dead end, so without someone elses help I am keeping everything crossed that all will be back to normal shortly.

Any suggestions or info? Idea

and try to do an account restore. If that does not work, good luck with Orange Technical Support.

Thanks, I'll give it a try tomorrow on her home PC as click the restore options is warning me it'll change my internet settings and can do without setting up mine again

Hi ThomasA, decided to go for it and all is fixed thanks

Turns out that because she's not been accessing the account through Orange dial up for the last x months they expired it.

There was an email, but she didn't get to it in time.

Your fix worked a dream and i'm not resetting my internet connections which will keep me occupied
