Hi guys
im in process of writing to Orange.Im on Orange home starter.Have been on home max.
I have got nowhere on the phone-nearly onto them everyday.Noone can make decisions. Bloody hopeless.
I have had a number of problems but havent got time to write in today.
I really need to write a a complaint letter that will go to high authority.Call centre is the worst in the world.Really is.I did eventually speak to someone 6 mths ago from uk and was great but thats after i was shouting n screaming and wasted alot of money on phone bills- i really dont want to go down that route again. Its .
