about a week ago i had an email from Orange saying i was now on up to 6.5M package , previously up to 8m , since then i have had drop outs and gradually reducing sync speeds the line has been upgraded to adsl2 , before the change i was syncing at 4.2m and consistantly getting about 3m throughput.After the change i was syncing the same but getting closer to 4m throughput , my stats are now.

these stats are getting worse and Orange say there is a fault on my line and will get back to me , BT on the otherhand say there is no fault on my line , has anyone got any clues?
i still havent got anywhere with this the drop outs have now stopped , but my speed is still low , orange are sending a siemens router now , but will i loose my second line with this?
