I had 1 laptop and 1 PC connected to the livebox. 1 day ago on my laptop the internet was not working, the wireless connection still said connected, but the packets sent were very little. So i couldnt open any webpages, or the config page.
However it was still working fine on my PC which is also wireless, using a USB thompson link. Well then today i was on the phone for 2 hours with Orange, about my laptop ! As normal we tired loads of different ways for it to work. When i put the ethernet cable in the laptop to the livebox, it kept saying limited or no connectivity, orange couldnt solve this.
However when on the phone, orange made me reset the livebox to factory settings, so now my PC wont connect to the livebox either !!!!!!!!!! And now the @ light wont go solid just flashes slowly !
i am using my neighbours connection to send this message !
Then on the laptop on my own i tired entering the IP etc manually , helped once before. I uninstalled the livebox on my laptop, thought i will install again, but when i put the disc in , it says this application is for windows 2000 sp3 or higher, i have xp sp3 daam it !!!
As you see am desperate and stuck in all ways, i been at for 5 hours, please help me connect my PC and laptop again, orange are no help
