it was ok till about 7:00pm last nite. i tried to send an email to a reletive as she couldnt send one and she is on BT. it then poped up with an error on my screen as well. it could not connect to the outgoing smtp server. then i try it today and i now cant recieve any now aswell. i have checked all the settings and i have not changed them
any ideas?

Do you mean you were trying to send an email using your relative's BT account using Outlook or that you were using Outlook as normal with your Orange account details?

Are you on Orange Broadband?

i was using outlook as the norm on my ornage account details on Orange broadband
