I have a Freeserve e-mail address and I can still access my freeserve e-mails using Microsoft's Outlook. But about a week ago I suddenly was unable to access my Freeserve e-mail account from the Orange Home Page. I get a lot of spams, typically in excess of 3000 a day that are filtered out by Orange and I cannot delete them, I cannot access my e-mail account so that I can purge this mountain of spam. How can I recover back to the Orange web mail set-up ?
Same problem here, although the spam filtering has improved a bit I think. I wonder if this is peculiar to freeserve addresses?
Have tried to contact the help desk by e-mail but the page is not available. I already pay too much to Orange so there is no way I will be picking up the phone!
