As per my post on another thread, I've been waging a personal crusade the last 6 months to get dedicated web pages on the Orange 'help and support' section for Internet Everywhere.
As far as I'm concerned, Orange have been happy to advertise and sell their mobile broadband solution, however when it comes to either online or phone support for it, its been appalling - nothing on the website, no service levels, no FAQ's, no technical articles, etc..
As a contractual service that transcends both mobile and broadband technologies, it should be given its own dedicated area on the website with its own FAQ's, set-ups, etc. Despite several 'facelifts' to the 'help and support' section, there is still little information from searching in either the mobile or broadband support sections.
Despite going back and forth and applying pressure to the point of talking at length with someone from the Executive Office and UK Director of Services, this still hasn't appeared, however, I recently was informed that it had now been passed onto Executive Board level, so with some additional pressure perhaps this can achieved?!
So, if you think that you've been sold a mobile broadband solution and Orange are simply not supporting it on their website, make your feelings politely known to the Executive Office:
