I got the livebox last week at home. A week ago the @ light started flashing slowly so I tried to connect, but it said there was an Invalid ADSL Authentication. I have called 150 like a million times and they have scaleted the problem somo 10 million times but yet no answer. I tried to log off and on, delete the user name and password but still did not work. Yesterday I connected via my local library and found that I had not received the email to confirm the line was active (but I had received and email saying the 2nd line was...) so I am not sure what to do and I am starting to be a bit worried as it does not seem to work at all.
Can anyone please help me.
