Hi,
I always access my emails via the Orange Website generally withuot any major problems.
However today when I logged in it said that ALL my emails were unread and had displayed them in bold as unread.
I managed to change them all to read but when I closed down and opened up again it still said they were unread although when I looked none were in bold so they were actually showing as having been read. Subsequent emails show up as unread but still when I go in initially I am told that they are all unread.
I though I had nothing else to do but email Orange, however I discovered that, in spite of the website saying they can be contacted by emai, in fact they cant.
Anyone have any ideas or solutions for this problem. Also I find it incredible that an ISP cannot be contacted by email !!
