On Sunday last, my Livebox started only working intermittently. I have monitored it by pinging its router and find that there is about 50% packet loss, i.e. it's only connecting with my computer half the time. I have two machines connected to it, one wired and the other wireless and they both have the same trouble. When I rang Orange Tech Support I was informed that they could not help me because they couldn't run their diagnostic checks on my machine as I use Linux. So, before I go to the trouble of borrowing a Windows box, spending God knows how long persuading the damn thing to connect to my livebox (which will only be accepting connections 50% of the time - gotta get in there quick) and then ringing Orange again has anyone else out there had this problem and fixed it?
