Hi! I bought a wanadoo livebox but something goes wrong now I cannot configure the livebox as I can not visit the admin pagehttp://192.168.1.1
can any one give me a recovery iso/software/tool/ cd.

How are you connecting? Wired or wireless? Wired is more reliable to start with.

Can you ping the livebox? (Click Start|Click Run|type CMD & hit return, then in the command window type: ping 192.168.1.1)

Have you tried resetting the livebox to factory defaults? (Power off, Wait 30 seconds, hold button "1" and power-on at the same time - keep button "1" pressed for a while then let go)
