I am very sure that this is not the correct place to post this message, however, I think any poor performance of the Orange team in any part of the world reflects on Orange itself.
I have subscribed for Internet through Orange here in France, and still I am unable to get the the Livebox after one whole month.
As my French is real bad, i cant really make sense of the Orange.fr website. Is there a tracking utility to monitor the progress of your order?
My phone line is working but the Livebox is still not delivered.
Please, someone offer me a solution to this problem.
