I have a client who has four PC with four @yourname.freeserve.co.uk e-mail addresses. There e-mail's have been working ok until the last week. However since Monday when they do a sent and recevie e-mails are going out ok but new ones are not downloading. I've changed the pop3 from pop.wanadoo.co.uk to pop.orangehome.co.uk and the smtp from smtp.wanadoo.co.uk to smtp.orangehome.co.uk like the Orange website says but this has not fixed the problem. Have tried various settings and still the same.
But have discovered that if I omit the bit before the @ sign on one of the PC's it downloads no problem but downloads everyones e-mails. Have Orange changed the way the operate multiple e-mail addresses? And it it worth persisting with this as they do own a domain and was thinking it would be a lot easier for them to create new e-mail accounts on this and let all there customers know.
