I'm moving house soon and want to give my 30 days notice. Over the last 2 days I have called 3 times and have been cut off twice and told there was no one to help with my enquiry.
I'm not faffing about on hold any more so . . .
Can anyone advise me how to cancel my account in writing? Obviously Orange's website is not particularly helpful when it comes to contact information!
13.5 Any notice of termination by you must be made by calling Customer Support. You may be required to prove your identity to our reasonable satisfaction before we accept such notice of termination as being valid
