Anybody had intermittent / no internet access at present.
I have 3 Dell Computers on home network running Windows XP wiith Zxcel router. About 10 days ago I could only access certain sites (tihis was the same on all 3 computers in the network) - Dudez was one, Chelsea FC Ok but then got stuck copule of pages in. Could not get on BBC or CNN at all. Also incoming e-mails would freeze when coming in.
Rang their 'helplines' - got usual tests to do and advice which you know isnt going to work. Things like 'turn off your pop-up blocker' - wow!
Line check OK, router setting etc seems OK
They ended up saying reinstall Outlook Express but I dont think it is that - think problem is at their end.
Last night a friend told me they cant get on either.
Any thoughts / similar experience.
