I have a laptop which has been successfully connecting to my Livebox wirelessly for the last 6 months. A couple of weeks ago we had a problem with our Broadband connection and the LB had to be reset.
Since then I have not been able to connect the laptop to the LB. We have 2 other laptops in the hosues and both of these have reconnected OK, by pressing the "1" button on th LB. The laptop that doesn't work has an external wireless card as the internal card failed some time ago.
I have used the laptop that doesn't work in someone else's house successfullly wirelessly so am confident the external wireless card is working OK.
When trying to connect to the LB on the problem laptop, the Status Box reads "No Connection" although I can see the Livebox present in the Site Survey tab for the external wireless card.
Yes, I've tried lots of times. I don't get any error messages, I just cannot seem to connect the Livebox with this laptop, even though it did work prior to the LB being reset/restarted.

I know the external network card is working OK on the laptop as I have used the laptop wirelessly at someone else's house. Also, other laptops are working OK in my house where I have the LB.
