Just thought I'd share this with you....Livebox went completely dead yesterday morning, power supply appeared to have given up the ghost.
Rang up the support line they asked me to try resetting it, but it was completely dead. They said they'd have to send me a new power supply.
It arrived this morning....plugged it in, all OK.
Amazing.
I had exactly the same experience, and received a replacement PSU by return of post. It appears the Indian Tech people are allowed to replace minor items like this and the phone adaptor etc.
Unfortunately my Livebox was damaged by the PSU when it went, and getting that replaced is another matter!
