Been playing for months with no problems, but for the past week latency has been increasing and the last few days it has been unplayable.
I followed the Bliz suggestions for tracking down latency problems and the trace (shown below) seems to show a large time between each hop. Most traces I have seen are in the 10's of ms not 100's.
This has only started to occur in the last few days, nothign my end has changed.
Any ideas?

A chap at Orange suggested I set up portforwarding on my router which i did (http://eu.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=19445). I then could not connect at all! I unchecked the 'enabled' checkbox for all the rules though and now it works fine, the latency has dropped right back to <200ms.
I admit i dont understand it, I did the router settings while Blizz were doing their Wednesday maintenance, so whether it is the something i did, or something they did I don't know. As I have unchecked the enabled checkboxs for the router port forwarding I cant really see I have changed anything though.
