I have had Orange broadband for around 2 and a half years, which I get the 8mb service for £5 through my mobile contract.
This has always been an upto 8mb and for the first year and a bit it used to actually obtain 8mb sych and almost 8mb throughput. That throughput went down to around 5.5mb and recently I moved address and landline numbers and got the following email from Orange...
