Hi Has enyone thougt it could be the server thats at fault and not LU problems
I Have had good service since December untill June the 21 wendsday night at 10.30pm then nothing untill last sat then 3 hours and off again and intermittent since
My Exchange in Leeds was LU in December so I dont think dispite being told by Orange that it is a fault at my exchange
This fault is Nation wide which points to the central server having problems
One UK TS told me this morning that there had been widespread server problems in London and Manchester over the past week or so. I think he was referring to the ppp authentication server.
My problem, for 29 days post LLU upgrade, is that ADSL doesnt sync, so doesn't even get as far as starting to try to talk to the server.
I was told today that the Fault Manager system was down (or at least as far as my fault case was concerned) and that it would take 5 working days to fix. Anybody else heard that one before?
