BT speedtester is only for IPSM and not LLU connectiosn, get the sync speeds form in the livebox config pages 192.168.1.1 under system information and then check ur through put speeds on speedtester.net.
The speed in the livebox is speed from the server to the box direct, through put is with the site and congestion on net etc taken into account
