Dear All

I've had live box problems a few months ago and to cure it, I carried out the following.

1) Cut the Power to the Live Box for 30mins
2) Power up the Live Box after the 30mins it's been without power.
3) Restart the computer as normal with the Live Box connected.

These few simple steps solved my problem error 554 - 0x800CCC79

So an outgoing email problem is it?

What happens when you remove any emails currently in your outbox and try sending one to your own address?
