I left Orange over 3 months ago for o2 (now Sky) who are brilliant but Orange are still calling and writing to me saying that i have missed my payments and yesterday i received a letter saying they had cut my broadband of and were referring my balance outstanding to a dca.
I called them and after being asked if i wanted a MAC code i finally spoke to someone in the uk who told me not for the first time to ignore the letters and phone calls as i was no longer with them.
Then tonight i get another call from them saying i have missed payments and to reactivate my broadband i would have to pay the outstanding balance plus charges to which i hung up.
This is the very reason i left Orange in the first place the lack of customer service and the fact that nobody at Orange is capable of sorting out a problem.
The only way i see of ending this is to sue them for harassment.
