Hi - just received my replacement livebox. Old one had a dodgy pairing button...everything else was fine.
came within a week of request, and they have been on the phone to check all is well - lckily I missed the calls as have only tonight had a chance toset it up. All workign OK but didn't pick up my secondline setting - I guess I need to call Orange and re-setup this?
the "new" live box has an additional PCMIA slot on one end - what is that about?
also has an additional logo on the front - looks like a fancy " &" symbol. Model number is the same - DV4210-WU.
Had to update the firmware to v5.10 (v5.8 pre installed), perhaps I am being overly cynical - but have they dispatched me an older model?
thanks in advance
OK thanks - but how do you know this and how do I know what my "old" one was? what the difference 1.0 thru to 1.2. tech support told me on the phone today that the "new" one has a better range.....not sure I can see this when I put them both one end of the house (mastersocket) thru thick stone walls....I smell Bull**it...

Just a little curiosity. Would there be any fancy new features to look out for from this new Livebox? Like...better range as BT has recently launched?
Also is it possible to just request a new one? Coz the state of my Livebox is quite shabby, though working fine so far. I think I got the second hand one.
