Personally no idea when, just "summer" is the best I've heard.
Most people you speak to from Orange won't know what ADSL Max even is. Confused

ADSL Max will begin in October for new customers and existing customers can expect the line speed changeover process to start in November

Thanks for the information.

Before this latest update the rumour was that Max was meant to be implemented by the end of July, does anybody know why Orange are so far behind (and now getting further behind) other companies in offering Max to their customers?

I don't know the reason for the delay, assuming it is a delay and not the original intention. 2000 will get it in September which sounds like a trial so this may be why (i.e. so any problems become apparent and are dealt with before they introduce it on-mass)
