Hi Everyone.
This is my first visit to this Forum and I hope you can Help. This Post is on behalf of my friend who has been disconnected (for 3 weeks) by his provider, Orange, formally Wanadoo.
He has tried the given telephone number on his contract, also, found what he believed was the Orange Help line, then, passed on to various people, until he has pulled every hair out of his head because he just can't get HELP to sort his re-connection to Broadband.
So, my question is, has anybody got the direct Telephone number for Orange to get him back on line.

0844 873 8586 is the Orange broadband numberbut you'd better like listening to ghastly pop music for hours at your own expense, most likely you'll get non english speakers/understanders unless you go for the i'm thinking of leaving orang e option
