I tried to use my 2nd line earlier in the week to make an outgoing call. Line dead. Tried again later in the week, line dead.
Tried to call the second line from my mobile today. Line dead.
I contacted the support number (in India) to be told my 2nd line has been removed from my account because I haven't used it since April!!!! When I pointed out that I was looking at my statements and have been making calls daily right through until last weekend the operative didn't know what to say. I asked her to reactivate it (or give me a new number - I don't care which) I was told it would take up to 5 days!!
Having read other posts, how long is "5 days" realistically likely to take and do I have any other options?
