Had Freeserve and Wandoo for more years than I can remember and during that time I can only remember my line being down once! Now Orange has taken over my line is down every day (around 6pm ish) some days around 7am ish and then occasionally around 10pm ish - Customer Service are hopeless, they simply try to convince you that the error / problem is at "your end" and then try to put you on to Technical support who are no help at all because the problem is theirs! Not once has any, service contact person had the decency to admit the problem is theirs, imo telephoning them is an absolute waste of time and money!! The line down can last up to an hour and then everything appears "normal" - As it happens I've still not signed up for their "New" service, the contracts are still on my desk and they are staying there until Orange can supply a constant link!
