I have got a brilliant signal for my internet, but cannot connect to any web pages

I am using vista

any ideas

Have you tried using OpenDNS servers ?

208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

Open Network Connections > right click on yours > click Properties > highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) > click Properties > click Use the following DNS server addresses > enter the above IPs into Preferred and Alternate > click OK.
