Hi I'm trying to help a friend with his excellent Orange broadband.
I have got the livebox paired to the laptop and it picks it up fine, i have also connected to using a usb connector and this again installed fine using plug and play.
but it does not connect to the internet, why not? Vista is telling me the connection to the live box is fine.
The setup cd wont work so i have deleted the flash player and still no joy just keeps bring up the help files still any ideas.
I am not very familiar with Vista as im an XP user, how do I add the connection details manually I dont understand why vista cannot make the final connection to the internet.
