Has anyone battled to get a Livebox from Orange since you've signed up for free broadband? We've been waiting for over Three weeks now. We were with Wanadoo, and my housemate then got a contract with free broadband, although we did upgrade to the uncapped package. (Or at least, we think the twats at Orange upgraded us.)
Several calls to the callcentre (when it was still possible to get through) has left us with nothing. No it's virtually impossible to get through.
