Used to have Wanaddo BB but binned it a while back but kept my email account which worked fine, every 90 days or so I had to log on to the Wanadoo members centre to reactivate the email BUT since thats gone I have to use the Orange portal which wont let me in?! It recognises my email ad & password but says there is a problem every time & to try again later - which never works - the tech support never answers the phone...WTF!!!!! any ideas?

When was the last time you reactivated it and have you acutally tried through the Orange site?
