A few weeks ago I lost my connection to/from the livebox after the usual calls to Orange, 2 visits from BT to check the line it was found that the trouble lay with the Livebox.
Orange sent me a new Livebox which I have now set up and connected to the internet. My problem now is that I cannot use the broadband phone (2nd Line),the phone symbol is not lit up on the Livebox which I presume means that it is not connected. I have reset the Livebox a few times but still no phone connection. Anyone have ideas what to try.(I Know I could ring Orange again but you know what they are like).
