In our house we have a PC, a speed touch modem and free Orange broadband and everything is good. I have even connected loads of times with my old MAC laptop which is not an intel.
So the problem is I have gone and bought myself a new macbook intel etc and it will not work with the speed touch and I come here and read that it never will. So can we do the following?
Buy a wireless router from PC World and plug this into the phone line and get both pc and MAC to go online. Or do I have to spend hours talking to a man who does not really want to help me?

What are your thoughts?
Thanks in advance.
Yes, any router will work, I'm using a Belkin wirelessly with a laptop but any decent router will do. You can go wireless with both (if both are wireless-enabled) or ethernet the pc and wireless the MAC.
