Does this mean I'm now being charged Pay As You Go rates via Orange??? I migrated away successfully nearly a week ago for broadband with another ISP. How do I get rid of this message? Even though Orange verbally tell me my account is closed, how do I know I'm not being charged on their Pay As You Go service? My router is completely configured to my new ISP. I've removed all traces that I can think of from Orange from my computer, but oddly enough, couldn't see it under "Remove Programs"!!! Even so, when I type the Orange web address into Google, then log in, it still lets me, and that is why I'm panicking that Orange are charging me Pay As You Go.
Has anyone else had experience of this, and how will I ever be able to NOT log in to my Orange account (which is what I really want!)? Also, it still allows me to log into emails. Is there any way I can escape all of this?

Your email address will still work as long as you keep it active, if you don't use their Pay as you go dial up it will all close after 219 days,(it's just a PAYG dial up that if you use it the call charges would go on your phone bill) if you dont use it in that time your email address will be deleted.
So nothing to worry about.
Enjoy your new ISP Sponge

That has put my mind to rest a little. Why is it Orange staff couldn't be so specific upon me asking them? Actually, forget that.....I already know the answer!
