Has anyone else had their livebox installed by a microtechs engineer? I had a very nice guy come round to install my livebox some time ago, and was extremely happy with the service and i though was money well spent. Then a few weeks ago I got several calls from my friends who had also had microtechs install their livebox, and they all said that the engineers didn't seem very happy at doing the jobs. They dared to ask why, and an interesting discovery was made. Microtechs are taking our money and keeping it for themselves. They have apparently not paid their engineers
since last year and do not soujnd to bothered about it. I was absolutely disgusted to hear this and have reported this to the appropriate trading standards etc
