I have Wanadoo Broadband. I am connected to the internet on SpeedTouch 330 but when I open Internet Explorer, but it is saying it cannot display the webpage and I also have Windows Vista. I have also found out it is not working for every website. What is the problem and what shall I do?
it may be that 'work offline' is enabled - I have often found this to be a problem, it appears to enable itself by magic and without human intervention. Either: look at the dropdown menu under 'File' or 'Tools' and if 'work offline' is ticked, then untick it. You should then be able to click on your 'home' icon and hopefully it should be OK. There may be a 'tools' option on the toolbar of your browser - usually near the 'print' icon, click on this also and you should get a list of options. Hope this helps
