I'm having problems getting my livebox back on line. What happened was the power went off in the house and when it came back on the livebox didn't and i haven't been able to use it since, i'm back to the good old speed touch 330. I have been onto the so called support with no success. can anybody help because i'm ready to launch it into space.

Is it a quick flashing @ light or a steady once per second @ light??
I sympathize. If the @ light (which the French call l'escargot, without any apparent irony) keeps blinking several times a second, this can signify a problem with synchronisation. Turn it all off for 20 seconds and restart it, of course. If that fails, enter 192.168.1.1 in the address line of your browser. If you are prompted to log in, try userid admin, password admin. On the left, click on services. One of the services should be internet, and you should be able to click on modifier. Now re-enter your identifiant and password, which are in the original letter you received.
If this fails, find the reset button on the bottom of your Livebox and press it with a biro.
If that also fails, I'm afraid it's the dreaded option of ringing 3900 and plunging into a telephonic abyss of unanswered calls, brainless and unmotivated call centre operatives, and customer service that should be spelt with the initials FU. C'est la France...
